Get some sweet Mayhems in the res/pump to pimp the front up and you wont need any.

I know for a fact i'm going to go through a lot of different mayhems pastel range.

My plan is to go with distilled water and a kill coil to avoid any issues with the tube plasticizing and or gunk build up in the blocks. I'll read up on Mayhems stuff and see what people have to say about that dye. Thanks for the heads up

The first mayhems dye that came out was rubbish for me and faded into nothing but are you saying all mayhems coolant is rubbish?... the pastel stuff is great.

Another FT02 owner here. Working hard on getting my rig up and running. It's a 3930K with a R4E, 32GB of RAM, single 7970, the MAgicool 540mm radiator, and asmall fortune's worth of water cooling accessories. Today's progress:

Radiator screwed to the floor of the case. No more movement.

This edge will be hidden by the drive cage. :o

    More of the sleeving.
Gonna do the 180mm fans next weekend when 3-pin connectors arrive.
I'm sleeving the PSU cables this weekend - 24-pin hopefully tomorrow.
Looking for some pretty scres for the fans too. Need them around 35mm long, M3x.5mm, with a 5.5mm head.

Most of the tubing is in and secured. I will still have to take the mobo and the guts out one more time when remaining fittings (two 25mm G1/4 extenders to raise the radiator fittings above the fans) arrive.

damn, this sucks. I just got email confirmation my order has shipped out. but it turns out i selected UPS instead of US Mail... customs + brokerage fees were not taken into consideration and it's going to sting

Couple more pics - added some fan grills and a bitspower T fitting.

Changed from a noisy bay res/pump to a ddc with res top also.

I have been looking all over for those but cannot seem to find any, even on silverstones site.

You get those 3x drive bays by taking the stock one with 5 slots and cutting the bottom 2 off.

Yes, UPS to Canada from USA sucks. COD charges on brokerage and custom charges. Going USPS sometimes I don't get charged the custom charge of $5.00 and the GST.

all the FT02 owners still happy with this as a WC rig? I'm looking to change and this is on my shortlist.

It would be nice if Silverstone came out with a new ft02 with only four 5.25 bays so the 3.5 bays would move up and never need to be removed when putting in a 540 rad.

To breath a little life into a very old thread. I came across this and was inspired to crack open my old FT02 and add in a LCS.

I was able to take my E5-1660v3 up to 4.5 GHz running P95 overnight and didn't surpass 70c

And if anyone happens to stumble upon this thread and needs some mounting brackets to attach the radiator to the case without drilling:
