How Long has Bitspower Been around?

Guys i saw something very interesting that seriously shocked me.

While going though a Fan thread on AT i saw this article:
    http://www.dansdata.com/tmdfan.htm

What really shocked me was this line:

"Bitspower, however, sent me a Socket A/370 CPU cooler with a 70mm TMD fan on it. And, conveniently, two other coolers that use the exact same heat sink as the TMD-fan one, but have normal 80mm fans on them instead."

And as you click the link under bitspower you get this:
    http://www.bitspower.com/

    SO

How old is Bitspower? Were you guys like Swiftech, but we just never heard about it until you guys went water?
    Vincent you reading this thread?

Because u guys dont do anything but water anymore do you?

Mind elaborating what's wrong with it? That way, it's not unnecessary bashing, but constructive criticism .

    smart ass...

if you look at dates tho, you'll notice socket A predates 2003.

2003 is actually when they sort of started to retire socket A. :P

Socket A was out in the middle of the year 2000 I think.
I remember building a Slot A AMD in the spring of 2000 and right after I finished it socket A came out

Was wondering if they were ever bought out b4 2003.

To be honest, I never heard of bitspower until they started coming out with fittings.

They have been around a while before fittings came out, thats what really put them in the forefront of this hobby.. I remember Vincent from 2004/5 trying to sell viberation dampeners or other random cables and stuff (usually overpriced).
