Not as participant, and I, myself, did an effort to help others the best way I could think of, by sharing my point of view on a few products, and confirm/decline technical posibilites.
Putting some of the knowledge I picked up along the years to constructive knowledge for others.

I do personally dont see this as shameful, it was not the appropriate way to win for participation as contestant, which I wont, I will be a spectator....

* finally get a whole day of resting at home *

Me and my team-mate got 5.8Ghz CPU, but uncore was waaaaaay low (4.1Ghz). CPU will give D4 errors if VTT set more that 1.47V(tried to set more VTT via the OC Dashboard but still no go). And we didn't push the RAMs at all, only running at safe 805 8-9-8-22 1T. After a bit of OS Tweaking, copy waza and set Physical CPU to 2 Cores, 6m36.xxx was the best we can get.

When we want to start Vantage, we run into many problems(CF error,DIMMs not detecting ram well) and our best CPU starting to fail(Cannot boot at default when HT on), probably because we set 2 cores.So we tried to start all over again, we switched to our 2nd CPU, start insulating and mounting, and then testing the CPU for Vantage CPU Test. At the end, our 2nd CPU can only get 5.2Ghz for Vantage.

Later on, our VGA can only get 1206Mhz Core and 1150Mhz Memory (maybe mem can be higher but don't test it since we're aiming for the cores), and P33008 was our Final Score.

Still, it was SO much FUN, and I get to meet new faces Thanks MSI for the GREAT event!

Days of preparation, skills in GTX 480 mods and some luck (that wasn't on our side in Paris at MSI MOA EU) helped to happen what has happened -)

Was really glad to see the worldwide legends of overclocking with my own eyes and shake their hands.
Congrats to the winners!

We'll share some pics later. ATM me & T0lsty are having some rest after 27-hours trip back to Ukraine.

p.s. unfortunately Laik and ALT-F13 are very far away from OCing for a long-long time.

Right. Did anybody happen to get an extra 480 Lightning with them from the competition? I only have one, must've forgotten the second one at the venue, it had a few extra nuts and bolts to keep my state-of-the-art plywood insulation in place.

Feels not so nice to have left one behind, I must say.
