    Kingston @GamesCom 2010: 3068MHz C8

I'm with Benji Tshi at the GamesCom 2010 to overclock some Kingston DDR3, this is what we achieve so far.

    Hardware:
    I7 870
    P55 UD6 bios 10
    DDR3-2333 triple kit (KHX2333C9D3T1, 1Go stick)
    DDR3-2400 dual kit (KHX2400C9D3T1, 2 Go stick)
    Silverstone 1500w
    pink foam memory pot ()

    1,58v for vtt
    1,88v for vdimm
temperature of memory around -120°C but difficult to have a precise value with this "pot"

    2x1Go DDR3-2333 kit:

We've not been able to show anything today with the 2x2Gb 2400 C9, but this is what we've done in my lab before coming to GamesCom :

At least it was a very pleasant week end in Köln

    thank you guys !

these 2 kits are equipped with Elpida BDBG as you can see on the pictures (click for high def shots)

    DDR3-2333 kit (1Go stick)

    DDR3-2400 kit (2Go stick)

if you want to have some fun with ram under ln2 the DDR3-2333 kit is ideal (you can find it around 110/115€ for 3x1Go).

I no longer have the cpu sent it back to Kingston. We had a few Lynnfields (875K mainly), but this one wasn't our.

we'll get you the batch of the cpu if you want, it'll just take some time.

But be sure it's not the best you can find: not good with 2x2gb kit and bclk limited around 255MHz.

We were limited by the bclk not the memory.

    lovely work lads !!

Think someone in Sweden needs to get working again
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree
