Undervolted Duel Top v Single Pump

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows wether, for the same flow rate, using an undervolted [or HF PWM] duel ddc is quieter than using a single pump run full bast?

    chears for you help.

    I did estimate this yesterday,
    1 laing 18w - 1.18 gpm
    2 laings 18w - 1.68gpm
    2 laings 9w - 1.4gpm

so 2 laing 3900rpm have more flowrate than 1 laing 4500rpm
next, pumps are rated at 8v minimal which is 70% of 12v, so undervolted 10w laing will run at near 2700rpm, i guess it'll be very quiet
