I am having a weird problem with Phenom MSR Tweaker.
I have CNQ disabled in the bios and I made custom power states for P1 and P2.
I set my Power options in windows to Balanced.
I also limited MSR tweaker to only use states P1 and P2, I have applied and so called "permanently applied" the settings.
It all works fine, underclocks when idle etc, if I restart the PC it is fine.
When I shutdown the computer and turn it back on, then my custom power states are missing and it loads the default ones.
When it loads the defaults then it tends to hang as it's NB voltage is too low, I then must go into safe mode and disable the Phenom MSR Tweaker service.
Thanks for any help!
