Anyone here interested in doing aircooling reviews?

    Hey guys,

I'm in need of somebody who is based in the US and would be interested in doing reviews of air cooling products. The candidate would need to have some form of previous cooling testing and writing experience, even if it's minimal. Candidate would also need an Intel i7 9XX series system that can be used for testing. An AMD system in addition to this would be a big plus.

If any of you guys are interested, please contact me here: http://www.techreaction.net/contact/

    Thanks, happy air cooling!

Still in need of a good air cooling tester. Testers get to keep all samples that they review.

Haha, you know I love ya Ash. I just wish you were located in the states...and had an i7 setup, but really it's the location that's the biggest hurdle.

I'll continue to try and support you whenever possible.

Wiseas*s.. I kid you not, I've tried most of them and the Noctua D14 beats them all..Expensive yes, but thats because it comes from Austria and the quality is WAY beyond what anyone else has.
As to controlling thermals, NOTHING touches it.
It so impressed me that I wrote them to thank them for making such an excellent product and NO, it wasn't a gift to me.
I used them on a custom SR2 rig that I worked on and they were bought and pair for..

its a nice sink dave, but its too massive.
Brings back memories when i had an IFX-14.

@ that range also, id rather just get a H7O with the upgraded radiator.
That nocutuna will probably tie a H7O with 1 high powered fan.

    ie. your deltas.

[12:38] Naekuh: i love watching u get the firing squad on XS
Its my fault.. and no im not sorry about it either.

    Your right but also wrong.
The discussion is on JUST heatsinks not on comparing them to water cooling of any sort. Also size wasn't a consideration in the discussion, just what is the "best" and on that point I stand by what I said, the Noctua D14 IS the best HS out there.
    S0 THERE!

    Guess I told him!

I'd do reviews, except i've been disqualified by the lack of Intel product. So I won't bother apping.

I will have my X58 i7 up in a long while, but I do have my AMD system up and running... I don't have much experience, though.
Signatures make my posts look huge... but I'm not humble enough to completely remove my signature, so I kept this note explaining it.

Don't need a whole lot of experience guys.

What I do need is an i7 system (not my call, it's the cooling manufacturers) but having an AMD Phenom II system as well is also a big plus.

Also need solid writing skills, a open test bench and enough free time to be able to handle several reviews samples every month with 2-3 week turn around times.

Do we get to keep the product and possibly sell for profit?

What you do with samples shouldn't and isn't discussed publicly. But yes, the samples will be yours to keep and do as you wish with.

Used heatsinks aren't worth much....especially when you consider the time investment doing a proper review

I'd like to do more Alex....I'll shoot you an email.

I'd be willing, but I don't think I could do as many as it sounds you're wanting done. I could do 1 or 2 a month prolly, but that's about it.
I have a socket 1366 board (Foxconn Flaming Blade GTI) running a Xeon 5570 CPU
and hope to be soon running
an AMD 1090T, just waiting for a board to be shipped to me, already have the CPU. Been sitting on my self for over a month now.
I've a few reviews posted here, you can take a look and if interested hit me up.

I could probably do it, but considering I only have an AMD rig that sorta throws my chance out the window. ty 965BE FTL.

I applied. Just to see if I'd get a rejection. And indeed I did. Dead set on getting that intel reviewer.
