if you're not the kinda guy who really wants to get the bigger MB just because of it... well I'd go for a DFI LP UT-X58 which you can watercool as well and do something more original than black/red or blue!
what about getting all your wires sleeved in yellow and clear tubbing with an acid-green liquid ?? would look awesome and unique!

its really would look unique, i was thinking pickup the MSI BigBang XPower with sleeve black/grey in all wires and clear tubbing with blue liquid. (its not very original but i think its a nice set)

    what do u think?

if you only have one graphic card, there's no real need of that MB... it does look great though, but think about the extra money that it would cost for just about nothing more!!!...

if you really wanna a blue theme get this ASUS board and all the EK-Waterblock for (here and here for example) it and it will cost just a bit more than the MSI (but will look much better and will do the same for you!)

Gladd to see this build is continuing. Very excited to see a x-power in a build.

I am right on the edge of buying one for my 970. Have you played around with it much yet? How is it treating you? Anything bad about it?

Great motherboard choice! *looks at rig next to him, smiles*
Signatures make my posts look huge... but I'm not humble enough to completely remove my signature, so I kept this note explaining it.
