I've personally kind of given up on the all-internal route. I'm beginning to realize that you just tend to give up too much in the process of allowing a radiator or two to sit nicely inside. Things like acoustics, cable-management, aesthetics, accessibility... ever since I went the external route, it's amazing how much easier everything else is to optimize. And as a bonus, it becomes much easier to let both the radiator and the rest of the computer get fresh air for cooling, instead of having to let one settle for the warm stuff.

    http://www.jab-tech.com/Sunbeam-Mult...t-pr-3371.html

And the other end of the Y to the pump.

Now that's a visual that will take some ajax to remove.

Now how would one go about constructing something like that with minimal tools.

get maximum tools. or at least some, I just pick stuff up as it goes on sale.

or if not, get one of these and add a side panel.

Well, being that my tools are in storage on the other side of the planet I'm a bit limited in what I can do. Nor do I have the work shop to do it. Man, I miss my garage.

So my 1/2 my parts arrived.
    The Koolance Parts.

Now i just need to figure out what extra fittings i need.

First off please excuse my pictures. As i said my camera is busted, and this is off my phone.
Here is the shell double stacked with shroud:

    Side view:

Note, nothing is mounted so its not alligned. But it will give you a basic idea of how i will lay stuff out.
The top as i said will be just blow out holes, i will have fan gaurds on them:

    Whats inside?
Magicool 400mm res <--- Skinnee says im NUTS for throwing this guy in.
    XSPC Dual DDC /w DDC
    XSPC RX360.

It will look something simular to this layout:

More to come when wave 2 of parts arrive.

Having the Res and pumps in there like that looks really tidy.
Is there room in there for the sunbeam fan connectors too?

LOL skinnee said i was nuts.
I love water volume. And in an external id think you want that capacity.
i think i can squeeze in that sunbeam fan port.

it has 6 12v ports, and takes a single molex.
my idea is to connect that to a 12V DC switch, on a molex head, and then connect it to that external psu's molex head.

I wont be able to fit the psu internally, but it looks like a laptop psu, so i dont mind it being external.

Only because I don't know how you're going to zip-tie that in there like you have it.

read my avatar... i ran out of zipties on this build!

im gonan actually mount stuff, because it will need to be portable.

Zipties wont survive stress from being moved around all the time.

Option 3 is i could move the res into the side grill, if i shifted the rad to hug the wall.

Id lose symetry.... and id lose bling.
Id have to re evaluate that when i come to that road.
