    Hello Ket.

    I really appreciate your work. Signed up to take part and ask for your help too. I see you have already unlocked a few asus bioses, dunno if they are different to mine though, I got the 1GB DCU-TOP version. (core 775MHz on default)

    If you have time, I will be happy if you will unlock it for me.

    I'm using stock bios of MSI Cylone 1GB and MSI afterburner 2.0 lets me set the fan to 100% 3450rpm.

    I tried the POV 768MB BIOS on my Gigabyte GV-N460OC-768I (768MB/192-bit). Voltage works fine, but the fan only goes up to 70%.

    The fan works to 100% on the stock Giga BIOS, can you mod this one for 1.21V and then post it? Thanks

    Hey i wonder if some one can help me edit my bios on my ASUS GEFORCE GTX 460 DIRECT CU TOP 768MB ? I just want the core clock speed up to 800mhz and memory up to 4000mhz (1000mhz) and shader clock to 1600mhz! And no changes to voltage just the clock speeds.

    Heres a cpy from gpu-z of my bios

    Very Sincerely Steve

    Nah, just at work so didn't have time to mod that as well. Figured I'd get the bulk done so people stop bugging me just because they can't run 100% fanspeed. Most people don't even go beyond 50% anyway

    No problem, I'll keep an eye out for it later and will just keep working with the 70% limit in the meantime Thanks for doing all of these

    Its cool. I don't mind modding them but I don't have 10 sets of hands to custom mod each and every vBIOS submitted Hence the generic files that gives everybody a performance boost as well as increases voltages and fanspeeds.

    FYI:
    I just downloaded the newest version of nvflash 5.95.0.1 from http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads...r_Windows.html

    I couldn't run this version from dos. Even typing nvflash while on the boot disk said "this program cannot be run in dos mode".
    So inside of Win7 x64 I loaded up command prompt and tried your "nvflash -j -4 -5 -6 filename.rom" but that returned an I/O error saying it couldn't read the file.

    I got it to work by following these steps:

    nvflash -r
    let that finish
    nvflash -6 modbios.rom
    let that finish
    nvflash -w
    let that finish
    nvflash -y
    and that would reboot your computer.

    INFO:
    -r unlocks it

    -6 flashes it

    -w locks it

    -y reboots

    Erm..

    1. You downloaded the Windows version of nvflash not the DOS version
    2. "filename.rom" is a generic term everybody uses, you are supposed to replace it with the actual filename you are using

    Here ya go. CrazyNutz modded the bios for me in another thread a few days back.
    Not sure about the fan speed though. I don't know if that has been resolved besides w/ eVGA bioses. My card is on water so I can not test it myself.

    1. Nvflash 5.88 didn't work with my GTX460. It said it couldn't detect any Nvidia adapters. So I looked for the latest version.
    2. Of course I didn't actually type "filename.rom".... C'mon now.
