Just a thought but I'd like to see the "little guys" do this one and have the "pros" stay out of it.
Be nice to see some unknown 17 year older win it just to see the look of joy on his face.

yup that would be nice too. all it takes is one usual bencher using subzero to eliminate all the new guys

@Brian, the top two scores get the invite to quakecon 2010. The teams there are two, 2 man teams. Any word on who the two winners will be pairing with? Benchers who work with Asus, Asus employees, or benchers who work for Asus. Thanks.

the second team member is whomever the winners decide to bring. your friend, your bench buddy, your pet...? you will want to bring someone that will help you win at the event. they should probably help assist you and strategize whatever it is you plan to accomplish at the event. the event will be similar to the oc summit but with less people and less benchmarks. which ever team holds the most records at the event will win

yea plus you need to be 18 years or older to compete... legal reasons... or you can have your legal guardian accept the prize package or attend quakecon with you.

The prizes are large enough to warrant the attention of the bigger benchers. Tested my 980x for 1M and it sucked so I'm picking up another asap.

because there isn't the qualification for quakecon, but only a mobo prize

carpo unfortunately anything that involves sending out prizes by mail is restricted to USA and Canada only. these are due to legal issues. i am trying to open up the competition if users wants to fly in from other regions and participate at quakecon or blizzcon but i have to really look out for the best interest of ASUS NA of legal.

but i am definitely trying to get other regions involved and take notice of the demand. its really up to them to get involved or not.

I'm hoping my newegg order gets here with the Asus board in time. Sometimes it takes 2 days and other times a week or two.
