Smile I need a fan controller...

hey i need a fan controller that can:

Handle 4 fans per channel (cooler master R4, and enermax magma fans)
Uses knobs, no rocker switches or touch screen
Voltage control from 3.7v to 12v

So far im considering at the Scythe KAZE MASTER PRO 5.25" Bay Mountable 6 Channel Fan Controller but im not sure of how many fans it can handle per channel.

    Any and all recommendations appreciated

It would be helpful if you found out the exact model numbers of the fans you want to use. how you figure out how many fans per channel you can use is by looking and the model number and specs of the fan you want and seeing how many watts it uses and then you add that number

how you figure out how many fans per channel you can use is by looking and the model number and specs of the fan you want and seeing how many watts it uses and then you add that number up to the point of the maximum per channel.

Here's the spec page for the controller you are looking at:

Maximum Fan Ampere per Channel 1 Ampere (= 12 W max.) <--- very weak but then again I use 100+ CFM fans and a fan controller that can do 45 watts per channel.

You might want to check out lamptron they make nice controllers.

Lamptron Fc5 is a great controller, 30watts per channel! With the fans your using you could run like 5-6 of these on one Channel hehe, and u have like 5-6 channels spare..

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

I've heard good things about the Sunbeam Rheobus, 20W per channel

Also a great controller, especially at that price .

Basically, in LC, there are two main fancontroller brands we use: Lamptron and Rheobus. Scythe's fancontrollers are also fairly popular, but we usually recommend against it, mostly because the components they use aren't really designed for the high amps that our fans draw. There have even been one or two stories of Scythe controllers frying or components exploding.
