BASTARD! SInce I am a Germ, I can make fun of us Germs, but now I am tempted to make fun of you Aussies too. But then I don't want to fall in the same pit as M.Beier did. Lol

You should have seen Hicookies smile when he saw my settings for 8m, he telling me with a big grin on his face that other guys are doing better with 300mhz less CPU speed than me I could only laugh at myself.

Once Gautam saw my screenshots he called me a retarded idiot immediatly, with just as much of a big grin on his face.

I was just happy to be still running on that on-legged CPU I have been murdering...

Let me say - I was appauled having to run like this. I had only 2 goals for the GOOC NA, be ready to put up scores quicker than Gautam, and to beat the mem gurus in MAXXMEM. I succedeed in putting up high scores while Gautam was still setting up
    But miserably failed in Maxxmem

DEUX showed some serious skillz in that bench, amongst many others!

Man, Jody is just the best. I think I will boycott any event from now on , if he is not part of the crew! But the same is true for pretty much all the contestants that were present this year! Can't wait to find the time to write about some of the fun stuff that was going on at GOOC NA!

for NA, we don't need to have screenshot of SPD. i know you care about
GOOC, but i think during the event i explain very clearly. and explain more than
2 time, so there is nothing need to worry.

memory channel ? we allow , like we don't care you run 2 core or 12 thread
i think those kind of problem should be easily to make sense.

thanks for clearing that up - and THUMBS up for all the judges making it a fun event, and for listening to the overclockers concerns!

Outch ! Went all the way from L.A. to San Francisco with Cpt. Planet and Gautam, that was a long long drive but BIG thanks to John for the trip !

Would like to thank you guys for your friendly welcome on the event ! I really enjoy the time i had and the talk with you Definetly start praying to be involve again next year !

I would like to thanks a lot the GIGABYTE crew alsoo, they made a lot for this to happen and they keep smiling and being relax with everyone even when some tuff challenge happens (who talks about power outage ? )!

About the live stream I'm sorry for you guys watching if you flt a bit "left" and didn't apprciate the Cobference stuff. it's not asy to satisfy everyone needs, and fir future event we know that no need to broadcast this kind iof stuff. Few word about the technical side the bandwidth was okay (much much better than in mallorca ) but everyone was on the same conenction as us for the live too, and the day before the event i spend alsmot 3hours making the testing /load average and configurtion for you guys to have the sound and a better image quality, that was working perfectly at the begining and started crashing for no reason in the afternoon. (We are working on something better for WW final )

For you guys that were at the Party in Club Red last night ! Please send me a PM herer or facebook or email, Some of the pictures should REALLY not be published ^^ (not that much about some crazy from me xD but more some of my teammate please respect that.)

Oh and yeah ^^ I'll post some EPIC FAIL shot soon !

    round 1 is pifast & wprime32m. 2 hrs benching
my eyes on this screenshot, when mike benching this speed and result
so there is no any issue about this speed, also many guys see this at event
i think mike try to push hardly at wprime, he run wprime first
then during benching pifast, his board burn and very smoky every one can
easily to smell the mosfet burn at event..........lol.
i think he could benching higher pifast, but he need time to swap
motherboard. at that time he still leading the first place.

Thanks hicookie for the explanation Sorry for Mike. But he is already coming to Tapei no problem

Hmm round 2 seems to be the optimal place for wprime32m I think System is really forced BTW he is pushing single ram in wprime like me. I'm mot alone ahaha

so put wprime at first run is more difficult and more challenge to participants
right? , you need to switch high freq and 2, 6 core or 12 threads, then round 2
more ddr, and you have chance to put ddr with ln2 in the end.

Great job Jeremy (best way to celebrate graduating ) hope you have a blast in Taipei...

Way to go Mike, very happy for you ( maybe you can find a way to go off-roading in Taiwan) ... those hilly areas on the way in and around Taipei look like they would have good paths LOL

And of course thanks to Gigabyte for treating us all like winners, and hicookie for being helpful throughout.

First off, huge congrats to the winners, best of luck in Taipei

Also thanks to Gigabyte, Kingston and all the rest of the the sponsors, the event was a lot of fun and learned a lot too

Benching between Mike and 3oh6 for my first live event was great, don't think I could have asked for better guys to bench between. Watching Jody try to make sense of someone else's insulation was kinda funny and watching mike just shrug off a flaming motherboard and keep going was impressive.

Was great having the chance to go and meet everyone there, everyone was really cool

You go off and pull that..

Anyhow the last hour i think was the funniest.
As you guys talked the most crap to each other in fun and sport.

Kinda funny how right after gautam gave up, Charles comes from behind and bumps him off.
Gautam did you ever find the lid to your Vaseline?

Dinner was great too you guys.
I think our table was the by far the loudest, and for good reasons.

Congrats to the winner you guys... That contest was fun watching.
