It's an aftermarket top paired with a reservoir for the MCP-655/D5. It's the MCP-655/D5 version of their res/top for the DDC line.
And by the looks of the inlet, which is similar to the DDC version, it might offer some extra flowrate, just like the DDC version did. But it's pretty known that so far there haven't been any D5 tops will gave a really big improvement, so I'd really like to see some testing on those.
