    Corsair AX1200.....It's Here

Corsair was kind enough to send their newest PSU out

    Some quick Key features:
    100.4 Amp Single +12V Rail

    80 PlusŪ Gold Efficiency

Outstanding Noise/Ripple and DC Voltage Regulation

    Fully Modular Cable System

Zero Voltage Switching / Zero Current Switching Technology

    Ultra Low Noise Design

Not too many words as most of you already know what this beast is all about

    Now let's take a look

    Now lets open her up.........

    Enough cables for ya?

haha.....that's a first. Like the touch

    Got to love all modular

Big Thanks to Mike@Corsair for the support

Yeah I'm glad they decided to use black cabling instead of the orange/red/yellow setup. That's still not gonna stop me from tearing it up and giving it a nice mdpc sleeve job.

    80+ gold, oorah!

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

Well I'm sorry I don't run a 3 screen eyefinity setup to be able to see all of them without scrolling 2000px to the right.

I was really hoping this psu would support 4 way gpu setups with two cpu power connectors for boards like REX III or Classified. Still a very nice psu though.

Ok, I'm now ready to trade in my current power supply for one of these....

This is the power supply for which the whole world has been waiting. All black wires, fully modular, single rail, gold efficiency, and corsair brand. Only thing I would change would be the colors of the logo on the side. Change from gold to red. That'll match more people's build colors.

My thoughts exactly, but there are just a few pictures with no promise of testing.

PSU will be put in action soon. Just need to mount pot on last 480 and test clocks. Also should see some new "interesting" VGA's paired up with this very soon

Sorry to let you down Marc............but JG is not someone that can be topped when it comes to a comprehensive all out review. He is the PSU master

He is on such a level that he has actually stopped all danish review pages from daring to review PSU (seriously, I sh1t you not - because of his hardcore style, they dont dare no more, thrown the towel)

However; I actually prefer another review...
    http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/p...x_psu_review/5

This souly because 110 / 220, makes a difference on PSU.

    In Europe, you can do FURmark on;
    SR-2
    2x Xeon
    4x 480GTX

with that PSU, however, dont overclock that

    Corsair + 80+ Gold + Great Cable Quality = In-Box Appearances are 100%
Signatures make my posts look huge... but I'm not humble enough to completely remove my signature, so I kept this note explaining it.
