Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?
I like those blacky jacky ... beauty with balls
A true fully modular PSU!!!!
Gaming/Rendering rig:
eVGA X58 Tri-SLI
Intel i7-970 w/ Corsair H100
24gigs Corsair 2000s
eVGA GTX580 3GB
Too many HDD's
LG Blu-ray player
Corsair hx1050 psu
Corsair 800D case
I just read JG's and OC3d's reviews and I'm sold; I'll be picking up one of these.
Brian, can you connect 24 pin, 2x8pin (cpu) and all gpu pciex connectors, take a photo and show it here ?
How does this compare to the Silverstone ST1500?
damn sexy
Main rig
Intel i7 940@4.0ghz under TRUE 120 Black - Gigabyte EX58 UD5 - 6GB SuperTalent DDR3 1600 mhz - Sapphire Radeon 5870 1GB DDR5 Vapor-X - Corsair HX1000W - 2x320GB Samsung F1 RAID0 - Pioneer 212 - CollerMaster HAF932
Peripherie
Samsung T220 22" - Razer Lycosa - Razer Deathadder - SteelSeries QCK+ fnatic - SteelSeries Siberia v2 - Logitech X530 - Canon Smartbase MP390
Mobile
Acer Aspire One - Sapphire blue - Atom 1.6ghz/1gb ram/16gb/Windows Xp Home Sp3
modular + all black cabling + corsair quality = WIN
I've got the Silverstone Strider ST1500. I'd rather have this. Main differences:
Silverstone =
6 rails (one is better IMHO)
special power cord (makes it tough if you lose it)
no on-off switch on back (yuck)
multi-colored wires under the sleeving
nice black finish to the power supply, subtle logo
80 plus Silver
Corsair =
1 rail
regular power cord (as far as I know)
on-off switch (yay!)
black wires under the sleeving (colors never show through at all)
big logo with gold in it (I don't care for this)
80 plus Gold
legendary Corsair quality
So the only area that Silverstone wins is the looks of the metal enclosure & logo itself. All the rest are Corsair wins.
Sweet!! I have that pouch came with TX750 but not HX1000
ATCS 840| Core i7 920 - 4.2Ghz - H20| Corsair Dominator GT 1600Mhz 6GB| EVGA X58 Classified| GTX480 2-Way SLI| WD 640GB X2 (Raid 0)| Corsair HX1000W
i cant find any, when is the release date ?

I've read all information available on this unit and though its performance is unmatched by nearly any psu available on the market I'm still disappointed with this unit. I will purchase one anyway for my gamer but it will not replace Antec TPQ 1200w I use on my benching system. A top of the line psu should be able to run 4 GPU's with the 8pin EPS12V & 8(4+4)pin ATX12V/EPS12V connected simultaneously.
