Cant wait either , Still have to manually sleeve everything though grr.. makes life easier though since its 100% modular unlike the 1000 hx

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

I sure as hell do, seeming as its 100% modular.. and its 80+ gold unlike the tpq where its silver..

I've got the Silverstone Strider ST1500. I'd rather have this. Main differences:

    Silverstone =

6 rails (one is better IMHO)
special power cord (makes it tough if you lose it)
no on-off switch on back (yuck)
    multi-colored wires under the sleeving
nice black finish to the power supply, subtle logo
    80 plus Silver

    Corsair =
    1 rail
regular power cord (as far as I know)
    on-off switch (yay!)
black wires under the sleeving (colors never show through at all)
big logo with gold in it (I don't care for this)
    80 plus Gold
    legendary Corsair quality

So the only area that Silverstone wins is the looks of the metal enclosure & logo itself. All the rest are Corsair wins.

I've read all information available on this unit and though its performance is unmatched by nearly any psu available on the market I'm still disappointed with this unit. I will purchase one anyway for my gamer but it will not replace Antec TPQ 1200w I use on my benching system. A top of the line psu should be able to run 4 GPU's with the 8pin EPS12V & 8(4+4)pin ATX12V/EPS12V connected simultaneously.

It can and will run that setup....just not with the cabls provided. But spitters are easy to find

I'm very happy with the unit I bought....it lives on my benching system
