w prime why is score so low with high cpu clock?

Guys I have no idea why this is so low. If you look at the ranks my cpu speed should place me higher than where I am. My ram is not maxed out but would it make that much of a difference? wprime is new to me. Is there a trick to it?

Have you put the correct thread count to advanced settings?
Because with Vista/Win7 thread count is 1 by default, and you have to change it manually.

i am using XP. Is this the same rule?
Thanks for the tip my friend. I didnt know it was optimized for multi cpus.. so if I have a 655k with both cores on and hyper threading i set 4 threads?

    Yes.
You should always set the bench to the max thread count of your CPU.
