2 Broken 775 Pins, Can I fix?

I was given 4 motherboard with faults and fixed most of them but I have a ASUS P5N-T Deluxe with 2 broken CPU pins that I cant quite fix.
Is there a way to remove the casing around there to get better access from the bottom?

If the pins are broken off then there won't be much you can do. If they are bent over you should be able to bend them back without too much trouble.

1 is bent over but badly and the other right below it is broken off halfway down so its abit short and not making contact

When I power the board up you can hear it doing a looping reboot so Im guessing it needs them

Nothing you can do with the broken one. Get it bent back and see if it will work. If you don't have a dental pick, hooked shaped metal pick, then you might need to get one to get the bent pin back in place.

broken is not the same as bent pin I ahve the same on my REX, one pin is half gone, will have to pay for a new socket

I've repaired them the best I can and It looks like they will make contact but still unsure
When I power the board up I'm getting the beeps that are telling me no video card. Could those pins be causing that?

for the pin that's broken, you could try adding a tiny blob of conductive ink on the CPU pin so it protrudes enough to make contact. Worked for me, but the pin wasn't really needed anyway. other than that, I doubt such a delicate area of the board could be repaired easily. also make sure pins aren't touching neighbouring ones, particularly when a chip is pushed down onto it.
