Female Phone Jack to PC Audio Adapter?

I recently bought a wireless headset for a friend(http://www.buy.com/prod/plantronics-...202443341.html) and it never occured to me that it was for phone use.

Does anyone know if there is/isn't a female phone jack to PC audio adapter?

The input connection is the sort that plugs into your phone from the wall(the rectangular kind).
