    overclocking problems

I have a 1090T and just switched to a crosshair IV with the latest bios (0801 I think). I am using a rocketfish
900w psu, a patriot warp ssd, 4gb mushkin ridgebacks @ 9-9-9-24, 2 ati 4890,s in crossfire and a custom phase unit for cooling. Before switching boards I was able to get 4.7 ghz stable, now I am having troubles getting beyond 4.0. I checked nb temps and they were high, about 70c at stock settings, so I pulled the heat sink cleaned off the thermal pads, filed down the 2 tall stays and applied arctic silver, good contact now.
If I set the multi above 21 it will boot windows but bluescreen when I run occt.
I tried lower multiplier with higher bus but much over 210 and bluescreen. I've tried upping core volts all the way to 5.575. Right now it's benching at 4ghz 20X200 with everything else set to auto and the temp at the evap is -45c.
turbo core and cool and quiet are disabled.
    I am getting some strange voltage readings in occt. 3.3 v is @ 1.82 5v is @ 3.74 and 12v is @ 11.07
Where are some good settings to start, I am new to this board and I know alot of you have already mastered it. Thanks for the help, Derek

there is an updated version that supports new 6 core somewhere.

I have no fan control with this version now, but my speedfan controls for fans are working now. :\
