power supply

hi all. i sprayed my power supply and i want to know what are those in red box.. i remove the plug so i can spray power supply case .am trying solder it back on but having hard time doing it.. is it ok to just solder the 3 wires back on positive,neutral and earth with out them ?....

These are the component of Transient Filtering Stage.
The two ceramic capacitors seems to be dead. This is cos there might be some sort of earthing problem in the wall socket or loss wire connection.

Just replace the two ceramic capacitors as they are with new ones and also check the power fuse, if it's also blown just replace it too..

May be this can solve the issue.
