    Isulation Backside gpu.

I'm going to cool my gf4/R9800 with a Mcw50-t thats coold down by a BIX2 and the fans on low/medium speed.
Ive got the same kind of thing running right now but the Mcw50-t is in the same loop as my cpu. Ive got the tiny patch of neopreen on the back of the gpu that was included in the Mcw50-t. Im getting no condensation at all. The backside reads +-18°c.
So now ill be running it in a dedicated loop for the gpu. I will probably get lower temps, but do i need more isulation?
The setup wil be used on a daily base..
Any suggestions, or wil the current isolation work fine?
    Thx in advance guy's!
    Sorry for my bad englisch

Running the MCW50+T on a seperate loop with a big rad caused no condensation prob's for me whatsoever with factory insulation.

I can't comment on the need for better insulation, but here's a pic of how I've been doing it... this seems to work great. Zero condensation with a vapochill on the other side of the card.

I used a square piece of plexi-glass and seal string around the edges. To fill the air gap between the plexi-glass and the pcb I used a square piece of the foam that comes on the back of most new motherboards (don't know the proper name for it).

This is also nice if you are using a large C-clamp to hold a cooling device to the card. It gives you something to clamp down on without worrying about breaking something on the card.
