    The bios works, but surely the GTX480 needs more mods to be really flying. Without CBB hardmod, you have to warm up too much and get condensation too rapidly.

    Could it be a mod like older gen nvidia cards? Just remove the temp IC?

    You don't have to take it off. Just lift the VCC pin and the IC will not function anymore.
