and he's trying to compare results w/ AMD? I'm preaty sure my sticks can handle much more then 2000Mhz at C7-7-7-21Mhz I'm at only 1.65v for that... sadly my IMC dont go 1mhz step forward.

Yeah thats about the same as mine..

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

Problem is the UD5 is a bad low latency clocker- same as with the P45 Gigabyte ddr2 boards I had- on another board could the results be better by far- I had better cl6 results on an Asus X38 P5E3 WS Pro than on the P55 UD5 usinbg same Ram- but on cl8 and 9 the board and my i860 do very well, I have no problems reaching 1150 Cl8-8-8-24 1T Memtest stable around 1,66V with my 2200s, the 2000 C7 do even better

Really bad board, only 1760 6-6-6, what a shame.

    I'm kidding right.

    I can't boot 1800 6-7-6 nomatter what voltage I use...that might tell you a bit.

I did a TON of subs tweaking to get where I was at for that review.

My bet is your gonna have to use cas 7, try 776 .. few tweaks you should be fine.. Find your Stable Clock then tweak it..

I ended up ditching the tweaking.

Your board is flaky...it's definately stable at 1800 C7 but its your board's fault.

My 890GX board had problems booting over 1800. If you boot at 1700 and inch up to 1800+ if will be fine.

If will POST one time, boot another time, be stable the third time, become unstable the fourth. You can't help it.

My 890GX board had a cap at 1880 Mhz as well, with my Deneb CPU. My ASUS board is stable as a rock at 1900. Go figure.

Are the current stock of single DDR3-2200 CL8 is hypers? I bought ones for my uncle's system with Crosshair IV + 1090T. The stick isn't made in USA anymore like I bought for my systems but they look the same.

I tried getting DDR3-2000 8-8-8-24 @ 1.7v everything is on stock except CPU is at 3.75 GHz with 1.35 vcore stable up to 3.8 GHz and CPU-NB is at 1.3 vcore. Not stable even at 1.75vcore

No difference with mine-I had 26GB made in USA(2000C7 and 2200 C8) and one kit that was made in china-did 1140 C8-8-8-24-1T at 1,66V-definitely Hyper

Yes, the ProjectX are great rams- also work fine with me, even better than my 2200 C8 on my 1156-had to import them from the states because in germany they are not available- think they are good enough to deserve their own thread
