Swiftech HD5870-HS still not for sale in EU?

Ok this is getting a bit dull I have waited since December when it was announced, but this product is still not in any EU store I can find. The thing is that if I import it from the US it gets almighty expensive

Product 30$
Shipping 30$ (For 1 month delivery)
Tax 15-30$

So I pay 2.5-3 times as much for the product as I would inside EU

And for the record, Swiftech havent answerd any of my mails regarding the issue, no idear why, heard their service was really good, but not answering mails is not in favor of that
