I just bought a new motherboard..now was the time, and after a whole day of thinking about it, I did it.

I bought the ASUS P6T6 WS Revolution.

    More pics tomorrow..

sick, got the same case some your components. I had a P6TSE and wanted to upgrade a little, but ended up buying P6X58D Premium. Just out of the curiosity, don't you think you painted the parts too early?
I mean you going to be working on the case and the parts you painted will scratch, chip etc.... Just my observation... Don't mean to offend.

No, I already have part placement all planned out in my head, so I think I'll be fine. Bought the MIPS fullcover block and mosfet blocks today off a member here, all my stuff should be in by next week.

Considering this is all 1 loop, which plate should I use on the EK block?

Nice paint work! And the EK compressions mixed with the BP angles look great too. Much better than I would have expected. If I may make one observation, there's room for improvement with the sleeving for the fans. That stuff you are using is just too loose and looks cheap. Otherwise, top notch

Edit- about the plate, just leave the #1 plate in as the flow impact is relatively negligible.
If I'm a danger to myself just think what I could do to you.

I would probably start with the stock plate. Not a big difference in temps between it and the P1 but significant difference in flow.

Everything is a comprise so cpu temp vs flow.

Major, plate 1 is now the stock plate thanks to Vapor's testing and recommendations from him as well as several others here.

Yes, these were originally shipped with plate 3 as stock but as Vapor's tests showed, the flow hit was negligible compared to the performance gained so Eddy changed the stock plate to number 1 as of about a month and a half or so ago.

This is how it came from Performance-PCs, so I'm fine with it. I have some MDwhatever sleeving coming in for those cable extensions I posted a picture of ealier. I figured why sleeve the power supply, when you can sleeve extension cables and keep them forever?

Okay, thanks, I'll just leave whatever plate is installed already then.

Nice I am using the same paint cans for my TJ07 Build as well, works awesome . I am doing a whole black and white theme . Hey what grit are you using to scuff up the parts? 400 or something less? And did you do any wet sanding to the finished pieces or no?

I believe its 150 grit and no wet sanding. Paint and done.

I'm new to compressions and can't get it to screw all the way unless I put a ton of force to do so.

Is this correct? The tubing is all the way over the barb and touching the part below the threads.

    Hi Jelly,
Do you have in mind how you are going to route the tubing for the motherboard blocks/CPU?
