    Long time Asus user disappointed..

    Long time Asus user dissapointed..

We went from the first AGP 8x Asus mobo all the way to several generations of ROG mobos.

    1. Blitz Formula SE edition
    2. Maximus Formula
    3. Maximus II Formula
    4. Maximus Formula Replacing Blitz Formula (Defective)
    5. Rampage II Extreme

Now, I really do love all these boards, but honestly, asus.. Please work on releasing BIOS updates for older boards to add newer features thats offered on newer boards, such as better Fan controls, Voltage Monitoring in the Extreme Tweaker section and etc.

Now here comes the dissapointment. The Supreme X-Fi Sound card, the card is just something great for those that do not want to pay 100+ to get a better sound card, the card delivers decent performance considering its onboard... but the software support is just horrid.

Asus released new drivers for windows 7, but guess what it has no EAX, CMSS etc enhancements, its just a decent looking panel, with nothing more to offer... while it does not need a CD-Key..
With that release Asus Taiwan denied to offer me a new serial key, because of the new update, now... how shall i explain to them IT HAS NONE OF THE ADVERTISED FEATURES THAT CAUSED ME TO PURCHASE THESE BOARDS?

Please correct me if im wrong, but i tried everything.

PS: I managed to install the older version of the X-Fi onto windows 7, gained the Enhancements TAB . but I don't have a Key, if anyone could donate one, or even forward me to somewhere? I've contacted Creative, and Asus. Asus said no ( taiwan ), still waiting for a reply from Creative. Will be calling Asus USA tomorrow

UPDATE: It seems like my 14 yearold egotistic wit failed me :P. the soundmax beta drivers DO NOT work with the new X-Fi drivers from asus. The 5.0 something ones work great
