Good sites for Symbian OS Apps?

Well I just ordered myself a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic (the new Gun Black I know it's all new in software only) which I got a really good deal on that I couldn't resist, and it really fulfills all of which I demand from a cellphone except that it doesn't have Android. My current phone is near dead anyways so now I have a good enough phone until good Android-phones are being released at a lower pricepoint a year or 2 from now

So Nokia 5800 uses Symbian OS 9.4 s60v5, or mostly called s60 5th Edition. I am a real, total noob when it comes to smartphones and utilities, apps etc. ... Anyone here on the Xtreme side that has good experience with Symbian and can tips me on a few good sites/forums where I can download some apps for this? RPG games if there are any are welcome, but mostly I just want som apps to toy around with

You can actually sort it based on the type of phone you have, as its a nokia based site they know which apps fit your phone.

Haha, from my experience... its very hard to beat Nokia's stability and reliability. I'm currently on my 9th HTC device.

I've always hated Nokia for some odd reason, think it was cause of their menu's and UI, but the 5800 seems just right.

So what's been the issue with HTC for you?

The latest firmware for the 5800 is v50. Get Nokia Software Updater if you're not updated. Adds kinetic scrolling to the menus.

Anyway, Ovi store is NOT the best place for apps. There are literally 100s of websites that have a bunch of legal (and illegal/cracked, but I won't go into that) apps.
    These forums are rather popular.

I know its not the best, but its a great place to start especially considering those apps have been vetted by Nokia.

Got the phone yesterday, and so far I am very pleased with it... the touchscreen far exceeded what I'd expect and I think this will last me for quite some time
