    1.40 is enough for 4000MHz uncore and high mem 2:12
    over 41XX uncore i need to push the vtt to +1.50
    max Vtt for this chip is 1.60 and can do 29XX on memories
    Not that bad IMC but not the best scale very bad with cpu temp and vtt but for 3600/4000 needs low vtt

    Voltage sure aren't an issue in your case, but can a frequency that is too high damage hardware in the long run? Even though the voltage is within limits?
