Can´t run both GPUs@735 MHz

I think the card is just bad...even if it isn't send it back to Sapphire and let them tell you nothing is wrong with it. That card IS too new to have to be troubling yourself like this. It should work out of box, and you've already tried enough troublshooting to see that the card is probably just a bad card. It's either sacrifice two weeks now and get a card you can trust, or wait too long and be stuck with a lemon...possible lemon.

Do what Texasreefer said to do send it back and get your money back there on need to put up with junk that don't work when you buy it new .

Right now both gpus are running at 735 MHz (VRAM 1010 MHz), but that doesn´t mean they perform crossFire.
GPU-z still shows up "CrossFire disabled".
Is there another program to read out the crosssFire setting?
