Northbridge gets HOT! so do Mosfets with H50. What to do?

I just purchased a H50 for cheap (50 bucks). And have it set ups as a push pull from the inside pushes air out. But the Mosfets are getting extremely hot 60C.

This is on a Gigabyte GPA-890-UD3H. It has a heatpipe style cooler to cool the mosfets and northbridge, but im thinking there is lack of airflow...?

suggestions on what i can do to improve temps on it?

I was thinking of switching Push Pull from the outside to push air in. And have 2 exhaust fans on top, but still they get hot. I dunno what to do.

Forgot to add, this is under PRIME 95 load.

Fans are the cheap way to go of course.
Mounting them on that mobo may prove difficult so some of those flexy positional fans might do the trick.
I wish I new more on the those fans I speak of but have never looked into them.
Here's what I did in my case.

Aren't MOSFET's designed to be able to withstand 100°+C. 60°C doesn't sound like anything to worry about just yet.

with the H50 or CoolIT ECO, you should always be pulling air from the outside of the case in through the radiator... you could easily see a drop of 4C on the Air In temps to the radiator thus lowering your water temps to the block.

    Slaveondope,

thats a pretty cool idea to mount the H50 that way. Yea I have a fan i was thinking of putting on it. If 60 isnt too much then im good. I only say its 60 because TMPIN0 or 2 (one of them shows a high 61 C when priming).

I just switched it to push pull air from the inside into the case, then out through 2 fans at the top.
