    Intel Mobile Celeron Dual-Core T3300 AW80577GG0411ML / AW80577NG0411M
    CPU » Celeron Dual-Core family » Mobile Celeron Dual-Core » T3300

    SpecificationsPictures (0)NewsCPU IDComments (0)Specifications
Earlier members of Celeron and Pentium Dual-Core families were assigned subsequent model numbers when their clock frequency was bumped by one or half step (T1400 -> T1500, T1600 -> T1700 -> T1800, T3000 -> T3100). This upcoming 2 GHz processor is one step faster than the T3100, and, consequently, it should have been assigned model number T3200. Yet, this CPU was assigned model number T3300, which was done possibly to avoid confusion with Pentium Dual-Core Mobile T3200. Like other member of Mobile Celeron Dual-Core family, the T3300 microprocessor includes only very basic features of Penryn core, such as 64-bit instruction set and execute disable bit feature. The T3300 CPU runs at 2 GHz, has 800 MHz Front Side Bus frequency, and includes shared 1 MB level 2 cache. The processor doesn't support SpeedStep technology, and that is the only difference of this CPU from Pentium Mobile T4200. As such, the performance of the T3300 will be the same as the performance of T4200, but notebooks with T3300 CPUs will have shorter battery life due to missing EIST feature.
