    Those are cheap for some 45nm Opterons. Should have a nice power saving bump and make this a more viable platform.

    looks like the regular 115w version.

    OS2376WAL4DGI is not HE (55w) but it is 75w. Unfortuneatly they do not ship internationally.

    Hmm far as i know 4P shanghais start from 300$. But i could check it.
    Ofc there's old barcelonas which go for under 60$

    Yepp, 8376s starting from 425$ and that's the cheapest that 4p shanghais go.

    no I do not want to step up with Shanghai, just a dirt barcelona 4 core for a 4p environment
