I'm trying to figure out an easy way to mount the rad grill->fans->rad (from the top). I might have to cup screws with a dremel, because so far, haven't found any that will do the job. Included screws with the MCP320 are too short.

What size Rad Grill will fit best on the top of the case? 120 mm x 3 or 140 x3?

Mr_Mustang01gt: be careful with 140x3 rads on top of case. Few of them are rather wide and need additional cuts of 5.25 bay enclosure sidewalls to fit width-wise (eg. you can check 800D hardware canucks mod with HWLabs 3x140 GTX rad). 120x3 (no mods or grill needed) or 120x4 rads are better choice for 800D imho.

    I should clarify,

I am looking to see which of these would fit cleaner on the outside of the top of the case.

I wouldn't buy 360 rad grill at all, as 800D already has 3x120 mounting holes/grill pre-cut in. As for what and how looks .. tastes differ a lot from person to person. There is nothing to suggest that will fit for everybody tastes.

I just prefer to have a flush or slightly raised top vs. a recessed one.
