Thanks for that 06 champ! Now change XP for Vista 32 bit and change that 10.3 driver for 9.12 driver and you will see 26K easy.

A bit clocking on the cards and a bit more CPU and CPU-NB frequency and 27K should be done.

For the 1st hr was just fine ide 28c-32c
But after a while, ide over 35c..38c..& up
So I reassembled the HS & used 2pcs of 3800 delta blowing toward the cards in order to make it work

    Beautiful runs Mad222, THANKS...

This gives me higher hopes for the X6 chips, Especially on the IMC!!

I could be wrong, but I seriously doubt that bent heatpipe will have much effect on the VC's performance (unless it's actually cracked and leaking).

That run was on aftermarket Air right?

BTW: Your ISP bandwidth gives me a boner Smartidiot89...

Hi Mad222, thanks again for that 06 run, looking good already but i'm sure there's (much) more in it. 4.3GHz+ and 3GHz+ CPU-NB is not a dissapointment.

Looks like the cards you have are no reference design, so it's not possible to raise Vgpu by MSI AfterBurner, or is it?

I don't think the bend heatpipe will hurt performance much, did you try to gently bend it back some?

Dave, the company i work for provides cable internet, i have already seen as much as 180mb/s download, how's that for a boner?

Yes...I guess so, I need to check if there's any crack on the heat pipe tonight. I was exhausted last night running AMD & Intel 6 cores together. I messed up everything
Giga has a damn good software for this 5870

    Hi Mad!

In the end of your tests, if you have some free time to spare, can you show 1090T IMC strength with your A-DATA? spi 32M? I'm thinking to buy 2200+ as yours or Corsair GTX2, what's your first hand experience? 790FXTA + 1090T + A-DATA?

Wow...brother ! you have the perfect combination
I've been using A-Data 2200+ for months & found it perfectly fit to AMD/P55/X58. My air record of 2200+ was about 2680 C8 with 32m stable on P55. Umm...just about the right freq.

    Haven't tried GTX2...
Ah.... Dinos22 had bought them all, so I could't even get a pc to try with
Will get Corsair 1600 C6 this weekend & will let you know how good they're
