    Duh: with 10 sata ports i would think that a raid is possible, else linux must be able to do something.

    ok just a heads up, heatsinks with four pin fans won't fit (Coolermaster TX3), either get three pin fans or three pin adapters (which is what i did)

    those cpu's and boards cost around 10$ each. its a pretty old platform.

    i wouldn't say that you're out but you'd have to check here frequently as I plan to give a last call before i place the order. so you'd have to be quick. if you want a couple just send the payment there's no risk, i can always just send the money right back to ya and i'm keeping a very detailed list of who payed what.
