Thank you. I got a little side tracked on the build as I was comissioned to build a case for the SR2 mobo. I'll be continuing on it this weekend.

Here are some pic's of the SR2 test case 99% finished...just missing the rad panels and side windows. The actual build is black/clear acrylic with white accents.

I love it!!! You really do some nice work. How much time on average does it take to build a custom case?

On the new frame-less design, I wasn't sure if you were going to glue or screw them. Are those mini cam lock fasteners? I ask because on the piece joined to the one that has a screw going through it it appears there's a hole perpendicular to the screw hole, indicating perhaps some such fastener being used.

This case went from nothing to finished in three weeks part time. Im happy that im getting faster and better at doing these. I guess the 5 months of designing the full tower build and the micro helped me understand what to do a lot faster.

No, they are 6-32 machine screws and 6-32 hex nuts. the person whom I made the case for has a Danger Den double wide and suggested I try to hold the acrylic together like their cases. I must say it works very well. But pretty thick 3/8" acrylic is used which is more $$$ and a lot heavier.

    Update:

The build is on hold for a bit as im re-designing the case to use an acrylic frame rather than an aluminum angle frame. Much more precise and easier to make. All current cases will be sold!!!

I also will add two versions, one for ATX and EATX and a 2" taller one for the 4 way and SR2 mobo's. They grew taller to 30" and 32" tall. Here are the almost finished designs renderings.

    and the bigger one!!!

Here is where I ended off this weekend...the case is 30.5" tall x 24" deep x 12" wide. It can hold up to four quad rads, has ten 5.25 bays, and has five HD mounts.

Full Set of pic's can be found here:
