    KOSS KSC75 - $16 on Amazon

Won't beat the sound quality with anything under $100.

Adjust the earpieces until they are snug, but comfortable. If anything ever happens to them, it doesn't hurt to have another backup pair ready at the price they sell them.

I have a pair of Ultimate Ears SuperFi 5 Extended Bass IEM's for jogging/gym and they are the best ever.

In the states you can get it from Amazon much cheaper than here in India

The extra bass is great for the gym, gives extra strength with beat music. Try the Akon sexy b*tch and you will be blown away also whats your audio source because if you have a ipod a amp would really help....

I got a pair of SuperFis and none of the earbuds stay in my ears! Even the large ones! And even the squishy ones! They all fall out
The only buds that stay in my ears are the sucky-ass apple ipod buds

^ or maybe you aren't inserting them right?
The foam/rubber part gets pushed into the ear canal like foam earplugs, they don't sit like earbuds
