gtx295 downcloking core 0 only

i've tried googleing, seraching here and i can't find any help

When my 295 goes into power save mode, only the first gpu downclock, second stays steady as a rock.

Iv'e tried multiple drivers (in the last batch) and no change.

i've only found one people on google reporting the same problem but he's using 2x295, and he apparently fixed his problem with a driver reinstall. Which did nothing for me

so anyone can help me?, i don't need full core speed when browsing the net

Have you tried driver sweeper ? perhaps its a software problem. What OS ?

yes i used driver sweeper, reinstall into safe mode, reinstall into normal boot all the usual tricks

have you contacted the OEM? RMA?

nah I'm i'm not gonna rma this card for not downlcoking both core, i'd say her days are counted anyway
