Recently there have been more announcements from Inno3D regarding their iChill products, the new Fermi based enthusiast range of graphics cards get hot, really hot. And since the very beginning we already have been saying this, GeForce GTX 470 and 480 products would work really well on liquid cooling. A recent review on the GeForce GTX 480 with a Danger Den Cooling block (water-cooled) has shown that the performance is tremendous really. With a liquid cooled loop you can bring down temperatures towards roughly 50 Degrees (under full load), that's roughly 40 degrees less than the reference cooler offers. Obviously you'll need a proper water-cooling setup to add this card to but yeah, today we'll review the i-ChiLL GeForce GTX 480 Black Series equipped with a liquid cooling block.
In the package we'll spot a "full cover" water-block that is responsible for cooling down the GPU, Voltage Regulators, I/O chip, memory modules, and other critical components......

EVGA GTX 480 Hydro Copper FTW Review
http://hothardware.com/Reviews/EVGA-...er-FTW-Review/The EVGA Hydro Copper FTW GTX 480 looks to eliminate two of the biggest objections against NVIDIA's GF100, heat and noise. Once the custom waterblock from Swiftech is added to an existing liquid cooling loop, this videocard runs dead silent and operates at much lower temperatures than its air cooled counterparts. As an added bonus, it comes overclocked right out of the box, and with further tweaking we expect it to hit even higher levels of performance. Read on as we add this baby to our watercooling loop to see how well it performs in stock form and how far we can push it past its rated speeds........
Now thats looks hawt!
