Ugh!!! I want this so much. I was going to wait for the Extreme, but it's looking like the Formula is gonna be pretty damn pricey as is, so I guess that's what I'm getting.

Thanks for the update. I thought the board would be 230-250 but without vat it is 190ish. Hope it hits newegg for around 200.

    I don't get one thing .
How can a piece of hardware which is still under NDA be sold to customers ? I don't get it ..
They rather have unofficial benches floating around , instead of all the reviews which review sites are not allowed to post because it's still under NDA .
    VERY weird .

Still no news about the Extreme's launch date? Earlier on it was rumored that the two boards are coming out together 826th or 27th April).

I'm also in need of a new mobo and can'T decide if the wait is worth it for the CIVE.

BTW don't you think that the VRM heatsink's lower tip might be in the way for VGAs with backplates (like 5970) in the uppermost PCI-E slot? It seems to be waay too close to it.

Formula was on sale (32 pcs) for 30 minutes @ ProVantage....Then either sold out or they pulled it out from their website (back ordered)

    New bios 0707 :

    1. Enable SATA down mode support to fix the Samsung SATA2 HDD issue.
    2. Enhance gaming performance.
    3. Enable the support of DDRIII-2000 under full 4 DIMM configuration when using Thuban processor.
    4. Enhance SATA6G performance

the bold I like very much
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

Currently nowhere to be found in Australia
Sucks because I just killed my current board too

    *edit*
How does the Formula compare to the Extreme? or the Gigabyte 890FXA-UD7?
