Thanks Im a little concerned about the paint job because I dont have a paint system and I dont think the owner would want me to use spray paint.

As far as the actual build goes I will use my standard design and gases:
Stage 1 is my usual blend of r402a and r404 second is r1150 with a 00 orifice like I always use.

do you think that compressors are strong enough für a 16ccm rotary in the second stage?
how much load are you calculating on the evap of the second stage?

In this case I know they are ok because I have used the exact same compressors before with -90c at 300 watts. In general I try and keep all of my builds close to the same so that I dont have to spend so much time tuning which I really hate to do. This way I can turn cascades around fairly quickly.

Per the Chipsy's request Im using a Piotres flexline with blue sleeving and he would like me to wait for the flex to arrive so I can match the correct color of Blue.

Thanks...Im a little frustrated having to wait because I turn my cascades around in 2 weeks. That said Chipsy wanted to use a Piotres suction line with blue sleeving instead of one of mine so we are having to wait for international shipping. Likewise I dont want to start brazing and mounting until I paint and the color needs to match the color of Piotres sleeve.

In the meantime im going to go ahead and start a large 3 stage cascade im building for fun.

Brazed up the HX, Expansion Tank, mounted the Condenser and Fan and made the base.
April 18 (Today) is my birthday so my wife and kids made me back off the building a bit and it set me back
I will have the 1st stage brazed in tomorrow and start the 1st stage Vacuum and get ready for the 1st stage charge...also all flares for the TXV are complete.

Chipsy the Blue is a very close match but the sleeve Piotres provided is a flat blue and I am using a Metalic Blue instead because it really pops in real light (non artificial from a camera).
