    HD3870 512MB with a Zalman vf1000.

    I have'nt still decided what my next CPU/GPU combo should be. At least AMD with AMD 5770 looks sexy, 5850 looks like a horse, the 5870 is for real men.

    3870 + 3850 on crossfire. Unfortunately 3850 is dying and when it's KIA, time to buy new one and sell that 3870.

    Taking better picture tomorrow. My nokia can't handle nighttime photographing

    Am i ashamed of the dust? yes i am.

    My first build ever used the 9800pro (it's burnt up though)

    Next was the X800XL 256MB

    Then the X1950pro 512MB

    Still in operation on backup rig, the dusty 4850 crossfire:

    Current Rig Tri-crossfire 4870 1GB

    Didn't realize how dusty my stuff was until the white light (sony w810i phone light) hit it. Guess i should get the air spray out!

    One of the hardware parts I've had, mostly enjoyed and regret selling is a pair of Creative Voodoo 2 12MB which I used in SLI along 98-99. Those could really bring to life a budget k6 gaming platform like no other.
    I still have their tandem 2D card (albeit a 1st gen 3d card), the first Matrox Mystique with 2MB SGram from around 96 which was the first hardware part I've ever "owned", received on my bday. At the time it was a heck of an improvement in non accelerated svga dos games for a 95 p120.

    On the pile is resting a riva TNT 1 16MB AGP, a Matrox m3d (pvr pcx2) and a good old ti4200. Another great card I parted that gave life to a tbird 1333 back in 2001 for 3 years was a gf3ti200.

    @chew

    Hey, a while back I posted a still working 24/7, and sometimes gaming 6 year old 6800GT fit with the first Thermalright GPU cooler. I guess it's still the most expensive single piece of hardware I got up to this day :p.
