Those ones were based on ES models and believe me the retail ones are different.

I have heard temp monitor is fixed a bit and also it was better air OC, sadly i did not get a B1 and just had a dam B0.

The Review Title is: Intel Core i7-980X so while they only show a bottom shot so it looks exactly the same as my or anyone else's ES and is reviewed at the Stock Frequency of 3.33GHz with turbo enabled spinning it up to 3.6GHz.

More than anything else it shows how their testing methods are not really multicore ready since my review system ('High-End PC' sorry chaps this is lower mid-range - i3 530@3.5GHz, page 43) gets 2.05 where this CPU gets 2.23 when realistically it has ~3x the performance.

Oh, I wasn't aware that the term "review" can now also be used for "one-page no-info article".

I expect a bit more depth from their CustomPC/Bit-Tech stablemate.

B0's dont clock as good as my A0's did under water. They need more juice, i did note this time around the heat generated seemed lower than before . But cant be sure the temp sensors are way off the A0's had this odd problem and so does the B0's i was told the retail will fix the problem.

Ya apple does make a mean A4

Yep, what a great post, you contribute so much.

BUT some of us want that last 1/6th so the price isn't a factor..

To all: Lets keep this friendly huh?
    No blue vs green arguments.
They both have their place and both are good.

At that level anyone can spit out 3-5 reviews a week... imagine they even get the hardware and do zero with it :p and I have to beg to get a sample and spend days, weeks with it... who's the stupid guy ? it's me :p
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

Naw, it's just that for 95% of consumers, any lowend processor on the market right now is good enough (besides atom of course ).

Yup, the Labs Testing is on CULV and Netbooks.

Hardly the right mag for the first hexacore review.
