Which one will be better ?(T9500@ 3.56GHz VS Q9100 @ 2.35GHz)

I have a MSI PM45 mainboard laptop (MSI-GT628)
and it supports Core 2 Duo/Quad CPU
I want to upgrade the CPU

and I have found :

Q9500 ES QZOR 2.6GHz /6MB
Q9100 ES QAVK 2.26GHz /12MB

and they are the same price ($160)


Which one will be better ?
(after overclocking for 3D gaming and 7Zip compressing)

the higher clocked one will do better, but for laptops u generally have a fixed power on the board and that goes for the cpu and gpu and most of the time clocking the gpu higher on a dual core cpu at 2.6-2.8 is the best solution

finally, I have got the Mobile Q9200 ES ($149)

and OC to 2.93GHZ for benchmark
(2.88GHZ for daily use)
