Very happy with the numbers so far but there is one issue.
I hope very happy means that you exceeded your overclocking goals.

AFB1212SH I assume (about 47 dB)? Eight of those is about as loud as a single AFB1212SHE, which, I must say, does make a fair amount of noise. My advice would either be to go with something like the AFB1212ME, eight of those should make as about as much noise as one AFB1212SH.

I know but it is almost 10 years old now and showing it. Windows 7 utilizes your modern hardware so much better. To say nothing of features, security and UI improvements.

And your hardware is now pretty much as modern as it gets! If not Win 7 you might as well put DOS on there...

Personally, I find Windows XP (or more specifically Server 2003), with the classic user interface, to be the peak of Windows UI development. Though Server 2008's ability to run without a GUI has me interested.

If I had a machine like Moveman, I think I would put DOS on it...

The NT6/6.1 honeymoon period (for me) is far over. NT6 has some major problems, noticed the first time you try a not-entirely-compatible program. You can't kill hanging processes if the OS determines it's still responding (which means that if it's looping, it will continue to do so and won't purge it from memory).

As much as I hate to even elude to what time the NDA expires it's generally noontime and thats Santa Clara time.. so app 3pm here unless the powers that be change their minds.
Also had a glitch with Vantage. Just won't run, says it can't "scan the system" and it's current with the latest patch. Talked with a guy who had the same issue and his fix was to install Vista.. Well anyone that knows me knows THAT just ain't happenning!
There's a sign on my house that says "NO VEEESTA Allowed!
Also wPrime was messing up on me. Clueless as to why but that was one I wanted to get some great numbers on..
Now Cinebench I tore a new backside in and I mean TORE!
    SP1M I was happy with.
    Then poor Poke349..
    Say a prayer for him..
His wittle typing fingers are going to be very busy updating his site.
All in all one hell of a experience and learning curve.
A few allnighters and they beat me up but I wouldn't have missed this for the world.

Ehh the way i see it is there is no performance benefit from turning off the "eye candy" so i'll take the Aero UI, not to mention all the other features, if i had high-end hardware i wouldn't want to use a relic OS with it ...........please don't respond 7 haters.

There's always a performance benefit from turning off all the eye candy, it doesn't matter what OS/version you're running. It all takes cycles away from the important stuff.
