I kinda like this version:

Eddy, I'm not sure how difficult this would be to machine, but couldn't you cut down on the overall thickness (and weight) by reducing the thickness in the middle and increasing it near the end where the G1/4 openings are?

Something like this?...

If I'm looking at it correctly, the smaller blocks get first attached to the FC (while the cards itself are placed on the mobo) and then you just screw this block over the smaller blocks with the 6 screws (2 per piece) you can see on the photographs.

Of course, I could be wrong...

O-ring between smaller and big part.

We dont ahve 250 GTX block.
But we would have to make new smaller part that would fit to all these 260/285/275/275GW blocks. The bug part would stay the same.
For future blocks we'll try to keep the same dimensions so the smaller block would be as universal as possible.

Eddy's last post had a port on the bottom pointing to the rear of the cards.

So he didnt copy HK.

It looks similar and that's enough to warrant a different design, the first design sucks point blank.

Good product here. Using dual cards, what about the spacing between cards, say SLI on a Classified means 3 slots spacing, on some other motherboards it's 1 or 2 slots... The different lengths in current SLI fittings avert this problem, to compete you would have to offer 3 different lengths (1 2 and 3 slots) for the dual version ...

I like the last one, but is it possible to have the sides come flush with the vid card block inlet/outlet? or is that cutting it to close?

Although it still looks a bit bulky, I really like the last design. Extremely useful for cases where the PSU is located at the bottom, usually meaning there is little space left there.

I am thinking about backwards compatibility to your current line up.

Aren't the end ports on top and bottom kinda redundant, since you have the same port locations on the blocks themselves?

The ports at the top and bottom have to be there as through there we are drilling hole deeper to connect the waterblocks flow.

Eddie that last one is the money shot. I like it very much and it corrects the tube routing on the bottom which many people will like very much. I would like a double one now....

Eddy, with a slight tweak, this can be made for both serial and parallel usage. If you drill both water paths all the way through the block and tap from each end to the blue lines, you can then make some POM/brass plugs (in the shape of set screws) that would stop at the end of the tapped holes to convert this to serial use.

If a version of this is made from acrylic, the red arrow may be a point of concern. I would be worried about the bolt hole possibly intersecting with the water paths and leaking should the drill drift at all during machining. I had such a problem with an Alphacool top and it cost me 2 DDC's which I was not very pleased with.
