Hmm that sounds like you might have some intel. Can you share? In any case it doesn't make sense to me that any foundry would keep process tech so close to deployment secret. Then again 28nm SOI would only interest a select few customers at this point so there wouldn't be much of a reason to make any announcements.
Seems we made our greatest error when we named it at the start
for though we called it "Human Nature" - it was cancer of the heart

Maybe they'll show as benches from fermi&farmville. I thing they gave flash acceleration didn't they?
Nvidia's Fermi GTX480 is broken and unfixable,Hot, slow, late and unmanufacturable
As we have been saying since last May, Fermi GF100 is the wrong chip, made the wrong way, for the wrong reasons.

No; just their internal IT department. Think of it; they replaced 8800GTX (G80) with 8800GTS (G92) with 9800GTX (G92) with 9800GTX+ (G92b) with 9800GX2 (2xG92) with GTS 150 (G92b) with GT 240 (GT215; really G92c) with GTS 250 (G92b)... too bad they could have stuck with 8800GTX and saved >$2000!

    Hail to the King Baby

My guess is they are either announcing something 3d vision like, Fermi Scores, or a Fermi release date?

Oh and some talk about amazing forcewares coming our way as ATi seem to have done a lot of driver talk as of late.

40nm keychains would be a bit unrealistic, how would you see them?

I think the announcement will have to do with the GTX480/470. The "Are You Ready" notification was made on their GeForce dedicated twitter account and it has an Nvidia GeForce logo. Also the fact that they have used "Are You Ready" to launch a new GPU generation in the past.

They are probably just going to inform us that they still count themselves as a GPU company.

    agree!
    definitely something chipset related!
Adobe is working on Flash Player support for 64-bit platforms as part of our ongoing commitment to the cross-platform compatibility of Flash Player. We expect to provide native support for 64-bit platforms in an upcoming release of Flash Player following the release of Flash Player 10.1.
