On Monday Nvidia is going to announce Fermi 28nm (SOI and High K metal gates) for Q1 2011.
But I don't really expect wide availability before May 2011.

That would be a REAL shocker as NVIDIA is currently worth $9.2B, and AMD (the owner of ATi) is currently worth $5.59B. So ATi would be buying a company that's likely worth 4X as much as them on the open market.
